ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 5 days of receiving the item.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at 8445673025 within 5 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.

  1. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
  2. You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Please note that we must receive your returned item within 5 days of return authorization.

Return 
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item 
to request a return. 
Once the return product is received, it will be inspected, and the return will be approved 
within 2 days

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if 
the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically credited to your 
original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some 
time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
